Raw material selection and customization
High end brands in the industry are strictly selected for raw materials such as bearing steel, steel balls, retainers, and grease. Among them, Shanghai Baosteel and Jiangyin Xingcheng are used for bearing steel, Northeast Special Steel, Datong, and Kobe are used for steel balls, Shanghai Baosteel and BASF are used for retainers, and Synergy and Krupp are used for grease.
Through years of industry experience accumulation, the company has independently designed and developed high-performance aviation material retaining frames, developed unique formula oils, and customized production by suppliers.
Bearing ring processing
There are over 160 machining and grinding production lines, with a monthly production capacity of over 50 million sets.
Adopting fully automated production channels, it can cover the processing of all sizes of rings with inner diameters of 3-60mm.
Through years of process accumulation, the precision of dust groove processing can be controlled within 7 μ m, which is at the leading level in the industry.
Material heat treatment
We have two mesh belt heat treatment furnaces and one vacuum heat treatment furnace, with a monthly production capacity of over 800 tons.

Bearing assembly
It can achieve the assembly and production of various standard/non-standard ball bearing products with inner diameters of 3-60mm.

Through high-precision online detection technologies such as machine vision, key indicators such as clearance, inner and outer diameters, grease injection volume, and noise level can be 100% automatically detected online for the entire product.
The MES system collects real-time production equipment data, and the entire production process can be monitored and traced.
